FAQ for Individuals and Families

What services do you provide for Individuals and Families?

We work on a case-by-case basis with individuals and families, with a focus to bridge the gap to cover essential necessities - food, gas, clothing, supplies, etc. We work to quickly process and meet needs within a 24-hour period. Our services focus on providing short term relief while waiting for access to longer term resources.

If our family needs short term support, are their requirements or restrictions such as income?

We understand and know first-hand that hardships don’t care about social standings or how much you make. If you have a need, please complete our support request form. Our team will reach out to you as soon as possible, again our goal is the meet every request within 24 hours.

Is there a limit to how often services can be requested?

We do not limit the amount or how often we provide support; however, we do ask that people are mindful that our services are for the community and to not take advantage. For example, we understand that diapers and formula are expensive, and this may be a need that a parent or family will need assistance with more than once during a month, our goal is to support and give without limitation.

How do I request items from the community closet?

Item requests are submitted online. Individuals/families that need items will be able to list their needs there. For clothing, shoes, and general household items - these items will require specific sizes and are limited with how often they can be requested by one person/home.

  • Shoes
  • Linens
  • Decor
