Our Mission

R&R Paws Forward helps pets and the people who love them navigate difficult circumstances by providing access to resources, veterinary assistance, and other targeted support.

Our goal is to remove barriers that may otherwise force families to surrender a beloved pet and help keep pets healthy, safe, and with the people who love them.

Our Why

Sometimes rescue means taking a dog in. Sometimes rescue means helping them never need rescue at all.

By stepping in before a family reaches the point of surrender, R&R Paws Forward can address the barriers putting the human-animal bond at risk. A veterinary bill, needed vaccinations, spay or neuter surgery, or another temporary hardship shouldn't automatically mean that a family has to give up their pet.

Paws Forward allows Rubies & Rogues to extend its impact beyond the number of animals we can physically bring into foster care. By providing focused assistance when it can make a meaningful difference, we can help pets remain safely in their homes, support the people who love them, and reduce unnecessary pressure on rescues and shelters.
