Rubies & Rogues Community Support

Next Steps: Household & Pet Information

Helping us understand your household allows us to better understand how we can help.

Thank you for completing your initial Community Intake Form. As part of the next stage of our review process, we need additional information about the dependent children and pets living in your household.

We understand that completing additional forms takes time. The information you provide helps our volunteers evaluate needs, identify available resources, and develop an appropriate support plan.

One Form for Each Dependent and Pet

To ensure we have a complete and accurate understanding of your household, a separate intake form is required for every dependent child and every household pet.

This requirement applies even if you are requesting assistance for only one person or animal.

For example, if your household has two dependent children and three pets, you will need to submit two dependent intake forms and three animal intake forms.

Why Do We Need This Information?

Our goal is to provide thoughtful, responsible assistance that addresses the circumstances affecting your household.

Having accurate information at the beginning of the process allows us to:

  • Understand your household: Identify the people and pets who depend on you and the needs affecting your family.
  • Identify additional needs: Recognize opportunities for support that may not have been included in your original request.
  • Evaluate available resources: Determine whether existing community programs, donations, or other assistance may be appropriate.
  • Develop a support plan: Help our volunteers coordinate services based on accurate household and animal information.
  • Reduce delays: Minimize repeated questions and requests for information as your case progresses.
  • Use resources responsibly: Help ensure that limited community donations and services are directed toward demonstrated needs.

Providing complete information up front helps our team review your circumstances more efficiently. Incomplete forms may delay the review process.

Establishing Your Client Portal

If you have been directed to this page following your initial eligibility review, you may also be asked to establish a Case Management Hub client portal account.

Your portal provides a central location for communicating with Rubies & Rogues and the volunteers coordinating your assistance.

How the Process Works

1

Receive Your Invitation

Our team will provide instructions or an invitation to establish your portal account when appropriate.

2

Set Up Your Account

Follow the instructions provided to create your login credentials and access your client portal.

3

Stay Connected

Use your portal to respond to questions, submit requested information, receive updates, and coordinate next steps.

Why Do We Require the Portal?

Our community programs are coordinated by volunteers. Having all case-related communication in one place helps ensure that important information is documented, requests are not overlooked, and assistance can continue smoothly even when different volunteers are involved.

Important Communication Policy

Once your client portal is established, all communications related to your assistance request must take place through the portal.

Please do not send case details, documents, or assistance updates through volunteers' personal phone numbers, text messages, or social media accounts.

Haven't received a portal invitation? Please wait for instructions from our team. You do not need to create a separate account on your own.

Thank You for Helping Us Help You

We know that asking for assistance can be difficult, and we appreciate the time you take to provide complete and accurate information.

These forms help us make informed decisions, coordinate resources responsibly, and provide meaningful support where possible.

Completing additional intake forms does not guarantee approval or financial assistance. All requests remain subject to program eligibility and available resources.
