How to Request Assistance
We understand that asking for help isn't always easy. R&R Community Support is here to walk alongside individuals and families during a hard season.
To request assistance, please complete our Community Support Request Form. It helps our team understand your household, your situation, and the support you need.
Please take your time and give complete, accurate information. The more we know up front, the faster we can help.
Submit Your Request
Complete the Community Support Request Form with your contact information, household details, and the help you're asking for.
List everyone in your household, including children's ages and clothing or shoe sizes if you're asking for those items.
Our Team Reviews Your Request
Our volunteers review what you've shared to understand your circumstances and see what help is available.
Missing information may slow down the review.
We'll Be in Touch!
A member of our Community Support team will contact you using the information on your request. We work to respond within 24 hours.
We may ask a few more questions or talk through other resources that could help.
Moving Forward Together
If assistance is approved, we'll arrange how and when you'll receive it. Because we're fully mobile, we'll work out a pickup or drop-off that fits your situation.
All assistance is based on individual circumstances, program guidelines, and available resources.

We want to help as many families as we can. Complete information from the start helps our volunteers move quickly.
Please make sure you:
- Give accurate contact information so we can reach you.
- Include everyone in your household.
- Clearly explain what you need and what's going on right now.
- Answer every question that applies to you.
- Watch your phone, email, and messages for a follow-up from our team.
There's no account to create and no portal to log in to. Our Community Support team will review your request and contact you directly about next steps.

Submitting a request does not guarantee assistance. R&R Community Support is a volunteer-based program with limited resources. Assistance depends on individual circumstances, eligibility, and available resources. We do not provide emergency services. In an emergency, call 911.
